Sale and contracting conditions
These Contract Conditions regulate the use of the online store www.alolocker.com, for which Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vasquez Acosta C.B., hereinafter, A Lo Locker, is legally responsible. These Conditions will be accepted by the parties and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, so it will be the responsibility of the User to read them each time they make a purchase, since the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract will be those that are applicable.
A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta C.B.), offers its Users the possibility of renting one of its automated lockers to store packages for periods of calendar days, within the hours established by A LO LOCKER.
Size and type of lockers offered by A lo Locker T
A LO LOCKER offers two types of lockers:
- Size L lockers, with the following measurements: Height 30 cm, Width 43 cm, Depth 58 cm. These lockers hold approximately 2 cabin suitcases (55cm x 40cm x 20 cm).
- Size XL lockers, with the following measurements: Height 90 cm, Width 43 cm, Depth 58 cm. These lockers fit approximately (a) 4 cabin suitcases (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) or (b) a large suitcase (80cm x 55cm x 30cm).
- Size XXL lockers, with the following measurements: Height 280 cm, Width 170 cm, Depth 217 cm. These lockers are designed for special luggage: bikes, golf clubs, baby strollers, surfboard, etc.
Minimum and maximum time to rent a locker
The User may contract the locker rental service for a period of at least 1 day and a maximum of 90 calendar days.
Price per type / size of locker / day
The price per locker will be that indicated on the website at the time of contracting, the User being able to benefit, if any, from the offers in force at each moment of the reservation.
How to modify a reservation or withdraw from it
The User can modify or withdraw the reservation, as long as they do so 24 hours before the date on which the service they have reserved begins. This process can be done by entering their personal area with their username and password or by writing to email@example.com
Report of incidents in the use of the locker (s)
In case of blockage, breakdown, or any other type of incident in the use of the locker (s), users have at their disposal the A lo Locker assistance service that can be reached by calling the number +34 689571074 or by written communication to firstname.lastname@example.org
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSISEC) and by General Law 03/2014 for Defense Consumers and Users (GLDCU).
The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of their internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to pay the order.
User Account and Error Correction
In order to make online reservations in this store, registration is required by creating a “User Account”. You can register at any time by clicking on the corresponding link, or during the reservation process. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been carried out successfully and a reminder of the access data.
From the account you can make reservations, check the history of reservations made, change the password, modify personal data, make comments, and other procedures related to your reservations.
In addition, at any time, you can access your private account to check personal information and addresses and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have existed when entering the data or update them. Billing addresses may also be corrected or updated throughout the booking process.
As a User, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email, from the address you want to unsubscribe, to the address email@example.com, which will lead to the cancellation of your personal data.
Booking at A Lo Locker is easy and simple, you just have to follow the following steps:
1º.- Select the services you wish to reserve from those offered by A Lo Locker. By clicking on each service, you access its file, which includes a detailed description with the information, main characteristics and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us.
2º.- Once you have selected the service (s) you wish to reserve, you must press the “Reserve now” button, and you will access the calendar where you can choose the dates you want from those that are available.
3º.- Once the selection has been completed, and to continue with your contract, you will have to press the “Finish purchase” button.
4º.- As we have indicated in previous sections, before purchasing the A lo locker services, you must register, indicating your contact information and address. In your next purchases you will not have to enter your data again, as it will be already stored in your User Account.
5º.- Finally, you must accept the Conditions of Sale and choose the means of payment for your contract from among those offered by A Lo Locker (see next section).
6º.- Once the purchasing process is finished, we will send you an email with the details, as well as proof of purchase or invoice. If you do not receive this email in 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the data, please contact us by any of the following means:

Likewise, you can request a paper invoice by contacting us, within 15 days after purchase, and we will send it to you without any additional cost.
A Lo Locker has various payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
Next, we specify the conditions for each of these forms of payment.
Credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card is made through the bank’s secure payment gateway. By means of this method of payment, A Lo Locker never collects or manipulates any data from the client regarding their card number. All data is processed directly by the bank, so that A Lo Locker can always offer the highest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.
The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. If you have any questions, contact us and we will assist you to clarify any concerns.
Make the payment with your PayPal account. Through this method of payment, A Lo Locker never collects or manipulates any bank data. All data is processed directly by Paypal, so that A Lo Locker can always offer the highest transparency, security and confidentiality in the transaction.
Prices, taxes, fees and duties
The prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that a manifest error occurs in the setting of the price that appears in the service card, the price established for said service in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.
The price of the services includes VAT.
LIMITS ON THE LOCKER USE
When contracting the locker rental services, A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta C.B.), the User agrees in particular and without limitation:
- To use the lockers only and solely for the purpose of depositing goods of your property, which you need to store temporarily and in a safe place.
- To use the lockers properly, make sure that the lock is completely closed when the user leaves the premises, once the packages have been deposited and when removing them.
- Not to use the slogans for illegal or unauthorized purposes. The user individually agrees to not store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal, such as; stolen objects, drugs, pornographic material, and objects in any way degrading to the human being.
- Not to deposit any property, whose possession requires a license or authorization, such as weapons.
- Not to deposit any type of dangerous or polluting material or substance (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances) in the lockers.
- Not to use the lockers to deposit animals or any type of living being.
- Not to deposit food in the lockers, except in the case of packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind in the premises of A Lo Locker.
- Not to provide their security code to any third party, being fully responsible for the breach of this obligation and its consequences.
- Not to use the lockers to deposit goods that must be collected by a third party. Lockers should not be used as a means of goods traffic or exchange between parties.
A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta C.B.), does not authorize this type of use.
- To access the premises and stay in them. The user will only be able to access the premises for the purpose of accessing the rented locker and only to carry out a specific action in relation to the deposited packages. The user may not stay in the premises longer than is strictly necessary to deposit or remove their belongings.
- To eat or drink on the premises.
- To collect the packages deposited in the rented lockers, before 24 hours of the day their rental ends.
- To not leave the lockers, at the end of the service, in the same state in which they found them. The User agrees to notify, A LO LOCKER through email@example.com, any incident that is found in the use of the lockers or their status.
- To introduce in the lockers, money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value, being the exclusive personal responsibility, the user’s decision to use the rented lockers to store this type of goods of special value.
- To take photographs or videos inside the A LO LOCKER premises, and not to take photos or recordings of the security mechanisms of the premises.
CONSEQUENCES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER IN THE EVENT OF BREACH OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS
The user must indemnify, A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta C.B.), for the damages derived from the breach of their obligations derived from this contract.
Breach of the rental period
In the event that the user does not empty the locker (s) rented (s) on or before the rental expiration date, A LO LOCKER will be authorized to access the locker to remove the stored packages, in order to release them and to allow their ordinary use by A LO LOCKER’s clients.
If necessary, A LO LOCKER will temporarily store the packages and will try to contact the User who has breached the rental period to manage the return of the packages to the User (whose cost will be 100% assumed by the User). After fifteen days without having been able to contact the User or without the User having contacted A LO LOCKER and without having been able to send the packages to the client, it will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for all purposes. If necessary, A LO LOCKER will stop keeping them, giving the exit it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the type of abandoned goods.
For each day that elapses, from the expiration of the rental without having emptied the locker (s) by the user, until delivery or collection by the User of the belongings, an amount equivalent to the price will accrue per day of the locker not withdrawn. Additionally, a penalty of 100 euros will be accrued, which must be paid by the User of, A LO LOCKER, regardless of the right of, A LO LOCKER, to claim the damages suffered effectively.
Unless the user personally collects the packages, A LO LOCKER will manage the shipment of the packages to the User, after payment of the service to, A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB), always by the User. Where appropriate, and in particular, the User must pay A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB) 25 euros per package, in case the shipment must be made within the national territory and 50 euros per package, in case the shipment must be made outside of Spain. The delivery will be understood as complete from the moment that, A LO LOCKER delivers the packages to the carrier, not assuming, A LO LOCKER any risk for the transport of the packages.
The return will be understood as carried out once A LO LOCKER has received payment from the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of packages and the destination) in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph. If 10 calendar days have elapsed since A LO LOCKER has communicated in writing the amount to be paid, the User has not proceeded to pay such income, it will be understood that the packages have been abandoned for all purposes by the User, proceeding, A LO LOCKER, to act in the terms specified above for abandoned goods.
Inappropriate use of lockers
A LO LOCKER, reserves the right to remove any object that does not comply with the regulations for the lockers use. If the case arises, A LO LOCKER will be authorized to call the police and report the conduct, as well as to remove prohibited objects.
The User is responsible for all those objects that he keeps in the rented locker (s).
In any case, the removal of the prohibited packages will carry a penalty of 200 euros, a penalty that will not exclude the obligation of the non-compliant User to indemnify A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB), for damages and losses caused, effectively.
Damages caused to the lockers by Users
The User will be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may be caused to the lockers due to inappropriate or improper use of them. Where appropriate, the User must compensate A LO LOCKER for physical damage caused to the locker (s) as well as for future losses that the repair or replacement of the damaged locker may generate.
The user causing the damage, in a particular way and without limitation, must pay A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB) a daily rental penalty per day in which the locker is unused, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified in the event of replacement of 1,000 euros.
Payment of penalties
The penalties detailed in this document will be paid by the User with the same means of payment used by the User when contracting the locker rental service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by A LO LOCKER, if required by the user. The user expressly accepts that A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB) proceeds to collect the amounts established in this document using the User’s card or means of payment when paying the locker rental service (s).
OBLIGATIONS OF A LO LOCKER
A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB) undertakes to keep the locker rental service (s) active and to make available to the user during the contracted time, the locker (s) that the User has contracted in good state of use.
Likewise, A LO LOCKER is obliged to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of the lockers as soon as possible.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY OF A LO LOCKER
A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta C.B.) offers the rental service of automated lockers, not being responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included within the rented lockers.
Nevertheless, in the case of theft, A LO LOCKER (Manuel Ángel Echeverría Hernández and Rossemary Vásquez Acosta CB), has signed an insurance contract in favor of users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of 150 euros per locker.
Said insurance does not cover loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), objects of art, antiques, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images.
At A Lo Locker we want satisfaction with the services provided. Therefore, we provide you with the option to cancel it (withdrawal). The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be carried out 24 hours before the date the reserved service begins. You must notify us, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, of your decision to withdraw from the reservation made (you can use the following model withdrawal form, if you wish). The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the contract has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the request for withdrawal. The expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be paid by the buyer.
Or through your user account, accessing your personal area with your Username and password, 24 hours before the period in which your reservation begins.
