Conditions of sale and contracting
These Conditions of Contract regulate the use of the online store www.alolocker.com, hereinafter, A Lo Locker. These Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservations, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice,so it will be the User's responsibility to read them every time they make a purchase, since, the conditions in force at the time of celebration of the contract, will be those that are applicable.
THE SERVICE
A LO LOCKER, offers its Users the possibility of renting lockersautomated to store packages for periods of calendar days, withinthe schedules established by A LO LOCKER.
All reservations will be valid from 06:00 a.m. to 05:59 a.m. on next day, for example if a user makes a reservation at 11:00 am or 07:00 pm,The reservation will be valid from 06:00 a.m. on the reserved day and until05:59am the next day.
Size and type of lockers offered by A lo Locker
A LO LOCKER offers two types of lockers:
- Size L lockers, whose measurements are: Height 60 cm, Width 43 cm, Depth 58cm. These lockers fit approximately 2 cabin suitcases(55cm x 40cm x 20cm).
- XL lockers, whose measurements are: Height 90 cm, Width 43 cm, Depth 58 cm. In These lockers fit approximately, (a) 4 cabin suitcases (55cm)x 40cm x 20 cm) or (b) a large suitcase (80cm x 55cm x 30cm).
- Shopping lockers, whose measurements are: Height 48 cm, Width 43 cm, Depth 58cm. In these lockers you can store shopping bags, gifts or a backpack. *In this space suitcases are NOT stored.
- Keys locker, whose measurements are: Height 10.2 cm, Width 20 cm, Depth 28cm. These lockers are designed to keep house keystourist.
Minimum and maximum time to rent the same luggage room
The User may contract the locker rental service for a period of 1 day, as a minimum and 90 calendar days, as a maximum.
Price to be paid by the user by type/size of locker/day
The price per locker will be the one indicated on the website at the time of recruitment, the User being able to benefit, if any, from the offers in force at each time of booking.
How to modify a reservation or withdraw from it.

Report of incidents in the use of the locker(s)
In case of blockage, breakdown, or any other type and incident in the use of the box office(s), the user has at his disposal the service and Locker assistance that you can use by calling the number +34 689571074.
Applicable regulations
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and in concrete under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and for the General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who performs a purchase through the options of your internet browser, and they must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.
Reservation Process
Book on A Lo Locker It is easy and simple, you just have to follow the following steps:
1º.- Select the services you want to book from among those offered by A Lo Locker. By clicking on each service, you access to your file, which includes a detailed description with the information, main characteristics and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate in asking us.
2º.- Once you have selected the service(s) you wish to reserve, you must press the “Book” button, and you will access the calendar where you can choose the dates you want from those that are available.
3º.- Once the selection is over, and to continue with your hiring, you must Press the «Book now» button again. You will be shown the services that you have selected with the reservation date(s) and prices. If you have a discount coupon you must enter the promotional coupon in the box and press the «Apply Coupon» and «Complete Purchase” button.
4º.- Next, you must indicate your contact information, name and surname, phone and email and finally, you must accept the terms and web conditions and choose the means of payment from among those offered by A Lo Locker (see next section).
5º.- Once the contracting process is finished, we will send you an email electronic with the reservation confirmation and a second email with the Access codes to the venue and box office. If you do not receive these 2 emails in 24 hours, you must contact us by calling +34689571074 or write to info@alolocker.com

Payment by credit or debit card is made through the Bank's secure payment gateway. Through this payment method, A Lo Locker never collects or manipulates any data from the customer relative to his card number. Prices, taxes, fees and tariffs
Prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for errorstypographical. In the event of a manifest error in the fixing the price that appears in the service file, will prevail the price established for said service in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error.
The PVP of the services includes VAT.
USER OBLIGATIONS
LIMITS ON THE USE OF LOCKERS
By contracting the locker rental services, A LO LOCKER, the User agrees in particular and without limitation:
- To use the lockers only and solely for the purpose of depositing goods of your property, which you need to keep temporarily and in a safe place.
- To properly use the lockers, make sure that the locker remains fully closed when the user leaves the premises, once deposited the packages and when removing them.
- Not to use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes. The user on an individual basis, you agree not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal, such as; stolen objects, drugs, materialpornographic, and in any way, demeaning to the human being.
- Not to deposit any property, the possession of which requires a license or authorization, such as weapons.
- Not to deposit any type of material or substance in the lockers dangerous or polluting (such as, flammable objects or substances dangerous).
- Not to use the lockers to deposit animals or any type of living being.
- Not to deposit food in the lockers, except in the case of packagedfood that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce smells of of any kind in the premises, A LO LOCKER.
- Not to provide your security code to any third party, being fully responsible for the breach of this obligation and its consequences.
- Not to use the lockers to deposit goods that must be picked up by a third. Lockers are not to be used as a means of trafficking goods or exchange between parties.
A LO LOCKER , does not authorize this type of use.
- To access the premises and remain in it, only for the purpose of accessing the rented locker room and solely to carry out a specific action in relation to the packages deposited. The user may not remain in the premises for longer than is strictly necessary to deposit or remove yourbelongings.
- Not to eat or drink on the premises.
- To remove the packages deposited in the rented lockers, before the 24 hours on the day your rental ends.
- To leave the lockers, at the end of the service, in the same state in which they were found. The User agrees to notify A LO LOCKER through info@alolocker.com, any incidence found in the use of lockers or in their condition.
- Not to introduce in the lockers, money, jewelry, technological items(tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value, being At the sole personal responsibility, the user's decision to use the rented lockers to keep this type of goods of special value.
- Not to take photographs or videos inside the local A LO LOCKER, and not to dophotos or recordings of the local security mechanisms.
CONSEQUENCES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER IN CASE OF BREACH OF ITSOBLIGATIONS
The user must hold A LO LOCKER harmless for the arising from breach of its obligations under this contract.
Breach of the rental term
In the event that the user does not empty the rented locker(s) on or beforethe rental expiration date, A LO LOCKER, will be authorizedto access the lockers to remove the stored packages, in order torelease them and to allow the ordinary use of them, bythe clients of A LO LOCKER.
Llegado el caso, A LO LOCKER, almacenará temporalmente los bultos y tratará de ponerse en contacto con el Usuario que ha incumplido el plazo del alquiler para gestionar la devolución de los bultos al Usuario (cuyo coste será asumido al 100% por el Usuario). Transcurridos quince días sin haber podido contactar con el Usuario o sin que el Usuario haya contactado con A LO LOCKER y sin haber podido hacerle llegar los bultos se entenderá que los bienes han sido abandonados por parte del Usuario a todos los efectos. Llegado el caso, A LO LOCKER, dejará de conservarlos, dándole la salida que estime oportuna o conveniente, según el tipo de bienes abandonados.
For each day that elapses, from the expiration of the rental without having released the locker(s) by the user, until its delivery to the User or collection by the User, an amount equivalent to the price of the locker not withdrawn. Additionally, a penalty of 100 euros will accrue, which must be paid by the User of, A LO LOCKER, regardless of the right of, A LO LOCKER, to claim the damages suffered effectively.
Unless the user personally collects the packages, A LO LOCKER will manage the shipment of the packages to the User, upon payment of the service to A LO LOCKER, always by the User. If necessary, and in a manner In particular, the User must pay A LO LOCKER 25 euros per package, in the event that the shipment must be made within the national territory and 50 euros per package, in the event that the shipment must be made outside of Spain. Shall be understood to have been produced from the moment A LO LOCKER delivers the packages to the carrier, A LO LOCKER not assuming any risk for the transportation of the packages.
The return will be understood as made once, A LO LOCKER, has received payment from the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of packages and the destination) in accordance with the provisions of paragraph. If 10 calendar days have elapsed since A LO LOCKER has communicated in writing the amount to be paid, the User has not proceeded to said payment, it will be understood that the packages have been abandoned for all purposes by the User. User, proceeding, A LO LOCKER, to act in the terms specified above for the abandoned goods.
Improper use of lockers
A LO LOCKER, reserves the right to remove any object that does not comply with the regulations for the use of lockers and is a prohibited object. If the case arises, A LO LOCKER will be authorized to call the police and denounce the conduct, as well as to remove the prohibited objects.
The User is responsible for all those objects, articles that he keeps in the rented locker(s).
In any case, the removal of the prohibited packages will carry a penalty of 200 euros, a penalty that will not exclude the obligation of the defaulting User to indemnify A LO LOCKER for the damages and losses effectively caused.
Damages caused in the lockers by the Users
The User will be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may be caused to the lockers due to inappropriate or improper use of the same. If applicable, the User must indemnify A LO LOCKER for the physical damage caused to the locker(s) locker(s) as well as for future losses that may be generated by the repair or replacement of damaged lockers.
The user causing the damage, in particular and without limitation, must pay A LO LOCKER a daily rental penalty per day that the locker becomes unusable, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified in replacement case of 1,000 euros.
Payment of penalties
The penalties detailed in this document will be paid by the User with the same means of payment used by the User when contracting the locker rental service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by, A LO LOCKER, in case if required by the User. The user expressly accepts that A LO LOCKER proceed to collect the amounts established in this document using the User's card or means of payment when contracting the locker(s) rental service.
OBLIGATIONS OF A LO LOCKER
A LO LOCKER, undertakes to keep the locker(s) rental service active and to make available to the user, during the contracted time, the locker or lockers that the User has hired in good condition.
Likewise, A LO LOCKER undertakes to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of lockers as soon as possible.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY OF A LO LOCKER
A LO LOCKER, offers the rental service of automated drawers/lockers, not being responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included inside the rented lockers.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of theft, A LO LOCKER has signed an insurance contract in favor of users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of 150 euros per locker.
This insurance does not cover loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.
CANCELLATION
In A Lo Locker We want satisfaction with your contract. Therefore, we provide you with the option to cancel it (withdrawal). The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be done 24 hours in advance of the date on which the reserved service begins. You must notify us , through the email info@alolocker.com, your decision to withdraw from the reservation made (you can use the following withdrawal form model, if you wish). The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the contract has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the request for withdrawal. The expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
