The room smelt so good that we went looking for the source - only to find a unlabelled air diffuser. 🤣 there were also free charging points with lockers!! Theyy had more brochures of Bilbao than our accommodation… 💯 wish we’d been before our last day
This was a great facility for left luggage. In the heart of the Old City but less than 10 mins walk from Abando Station (and 5 mins from the nearest Euskotren station). Booking and payment online was easy and the price was fair. Very secure, with a frosted glass door, a code needed to enter the unstaffed facility as well as unlock your locker, and seemingly physically strong lockers. A nice touch was a free water cooler and tourist info leaflets. (A small customer toilet would have meant a '6 star' rating !). Recommended!
Great place to leave luggage while waiting for check-in. Our items felt safe an secure. I’d advise sizing up on the locker size if you have a few items of luggage. Great experience and I would use again.
This service was very helpful and easy to use. I needed to check out of my AirBnB rental several hours before leaving Bilbao, and leaving my suitcase at this facility allowed me to move about freely and explore Bilbao up to the last minute. If you are renting an AirBnB in the Casco Viejo section of Bilbao and are arriving before, or staying after, check in this service is for you. The price is reasonable, the process is easy and the facility is clean. Highly recommended!
